Extract the rar folder and mount the image with a virtual machine, I recommend Daemon Tools.
Once Daemon tools has installed, simply hover your mouse over the icon on the taskbar, right click and go-to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM > Mount Image and click install and finally install the patches, theres one for 32bit and two for 64bit. [exe files].
Keep the image mounted to play.
If you haven't got a rar extractor installed then download one from the link below, I recommend 7Zip, once 7Zip has installed simply right click on the downloaded rar folder > 7Zip > extract here.
